This thoughtfully upgraded Pulte home in Colibri delivers the ease of new construction without the wait.

The open floor plan centers on a chef's kitchen anchored by a waterfall quartz island -- a genuine gathering point, not just a work surface. Upgraded cabinetry, quartz counters, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and an expanded lighting package give the interior a finished, considered feel that spec-level construction rarely achieves.
Three bedrooms and two baths are laid out for comfortable everyday living. Outside, a covered portal extends the living space into Santa Fe's long temperate evenings, and raised garden beds are already in place for the next growing season. Beyond that, the backyard is a blank canvas with room to design an outdoor space entirely your own.
The location earns its keep. Santa Fe Brewing Company and The Bridge, one of the city's best live music venues, are just minutes away. Quick I-25 access makes the run into downtown simple, while the Turquoise Trail corridor opens up to the south; high desert views, open sky, and the drive toward Madrid and the Ortiz Mountains.
